How to ENROLL
To start the enrollment process:
Step 1: Click the Registration button below and create a Brightwheel Account
Step 2: Complete the Registration Form
Step 3: Download, print, and complete the Contract and Office of Child Care Enrollment Forms below
Step 4: Wait for us to email you about next steps
($50 Registration Fee for New Enrollees)
Required Kid City ENrollment Forms
Please download and complete all program forms. Forms located in Other Forms are not required unless applicable. You can email your completed forms to info@kidcity.co or bring them with you on your first day of care!
